Breathe, mama. You’re held here.
A gentle sanctuary for meditation, journaling, honest reflections, and mindful support through pregnancy, postpartum, and the tender seasons of motherhood.

Welcome, mama. I’m so glad you’re here.
As a mom of soon-to-be four, prenatal and kids yoga teacher, meditation teacher, and former early childhood educator, I created Asana Mama Yoga as a soft place to land. A space to slow down, breathe, connect with your body, and feel gently supported through pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood.
